I was really let down by the room. The bathroom was a mess with gunk on the tiles and a dirty bedhead. Plus, they charged me an extra cleaning fee for my dog, which was just ridiculous.

The room is tidy and with a separate lounge, a balcony, and a lounge area. The continental breakfast is warm with bacon and eggs. The staff are welcoming👍👍

this hotel was set in a central area really close to bar / restaurant, the main shopping street and a great cafe and microbrewery and a quick walk to the river. moreover, it was not too far away from the entrance heritage walk.

I had a lovely short stay here! The spacious room was comfy with clean, crisp bedding, though the lighting could be better. Perfectly situated near shops and eateries, check-in was a breeze. Just a heads-up on additional pet fees, but overall, a decent value for a quick getaway.

It offered a comfortable ambiance, which my son described as posh.
One slight downside was the limited selection of toiletries provided, which felt a bit lacking compared to other accommodations I've visited. this minor issue did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction.

Each room had air conditioning, which was a pleasant surprise. Although we didn’t utilize the kitchen, it appeared well-equipped with everything one might need. The shared reception and restaurant area was nice, and the café coffee was great, paired with friendly and fast service.

I checked in late and found the lobby locked, had to call for my key. The air conditioning barely worked, and there was a disgusting leak in the bathroom. Everything felt old and neglected-definitely not what I expected!

The bathroom was a mess, with grime stuck to the tiles and the bedhead clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. It felt like no one cared about the details at all.
